Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I understand that unexpected things happen, and I’m always happy to work with you when possible. However, last-minute cancellations and changes can prevent another client from being able to book that time. To keep scheduling fair and protect my time as a small business, please review the following policies before booking: 24-Hour Notice A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling. Late Cancellations Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be responsible for 100% of the scheduled service price. Late Arrivals Please let me know as soon as possible if you are running late. Arriving late may result in a shortened service or the appointment needing to be rescheduled, depending on the amount of time available. The cancellation policy may apply. Please Note: Repeated late cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows may require a deposit or prepayment before future appointments can be booked.
